The partnership is part of the LEAP (Learner, Engagement, Achievement, Partnership Multi- Academy Trust) and the design brief was to create a logo which best reflected the Trust’s aims.

Competition organisers asked all students from Dinnington High and Brinsworth Comprehensive to take part.

“All students showcased their creative flare in an exciting and important logo competition for the new academy partnership,” said Joe Morley, marketing and communications officer at Dinnington High School.

“In the end, we felt Phoebe’s design was exceptionally creative and imaginative and reflected the values of both schools.”

“As well as winning an iPad Air, Phoebe’s design will be incorporated with the current school logo on banners, the website, social media pages, letterheads and more at both Dinnington High and Brinsworth Comprehensive Schools.”

As well as prizes for Phoebe’s winning design, there were also second and third-place prizes in both schools, with lucky recipients receiving Meadowhall vouchers worth £10.
