Dinnington: Dedicated duo Richard Hancock and Grady Holmes run 46 miles for Bluebell Wood
A dedicated duo took on a mammoth 46 mile run to raise money for children’s hospice Bluebell Wood.
Richard Hancock,40, and Grady Holmes,42,ran the Chesterfield Canal end to end, which took eight hours.
Richard said: “I have been really inspired by the work of Bluebell Wood and as I haven’t got any children of my own I can only imagine what the families and children themselves must go through.”
“It was a great day and I enjoyed every second.”
The pair have raised nearly £6000 so far for charity.
