The new scheme comprises of 10 ten bedroom bungalows for rent and was funded by the company along with an investment of £233,831 from the Homes & Communities Agency.
Over 30 attendees came along to celebrate the scheme opening including chief executive Paul Dolan and councillors from Rotherham Borough Council.
