Dancers step to exams success

Charlotte Proctor and Alexandra Leage, who attend the Janet Mitchell School of Dancing, have gained their dancing exams with flying colours.

Charlotte, 12, gained distinction for ballet and modern dance and honours for two trophy awards, while Alexandra, also 12, gained distinction for modern dance and honours plus for ballet and two trophy awards.

The pair, along with Charlotte Buckley, Hannah Spencer, Mollie Hobson, Beth Clifton and Siobhan License have successfully passed an audition to perform in a gala of dance to be held at Blackpool Opera House on 6th May.

Janet Mitchell said: “I am extremely proud extremely proud of all the girls. They have all worked extremely hard.”
