Officers from Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit stopped the silver Peugeot after noticing the vehicle was a little worse for wear- the bonnet was battered to bits.

They tweeted: “Driving around without a care in the world after previously failing to see a gate. Prohibited from further movement.”

Derbyshire Roads Police said it was the 'shed of the week'.

Twitter user @EllieC51039968 replied: “Ah yeah, no one will notice that, that'll definitely scuff out won't it?!”
