Sutton pensioner denies sex assault
A Sutton pensioner has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman.
Brian Cherriman, 78, of Greentrees Court, denied the charge at Mansfield Magistrates Court, on Friday.
The offence is alleged to have taken place in November, last year.
He was given unconditional bail to appear on July 18 for a trial.
