Neil Entwistle, the Worksop man jailed for life in the US for shooting dead his wife and baby daughter, has filed an appeal against his convictions.

In 2008 he was found guilty of murdering his 27-year-old American wife Rachel and baby Lillian Rose, nine months, in 2006 at the family’s Massachusetts home.

But this week his lawyer filed an appeal claiming evidence was illegally seized and that jurors were biased by media coverage of the case.
