Rutger McNally, 29, of Cranwell Road in Broxtowe, Nottingham, was sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court on Tuesday 14 July. McNally, who is also known as Fraser McNally, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of actual bodily harm and one count of assault with intent to rob against his father.
