Creswell: Residents raise concerns about new homes proposal
Full planning permission is being sought by Ben Bailey Homes Midlands to erect the properties on land at the rear of Skinner Street, including a new access road and links to Creswell Infants School.
However, some people living on Skinner Street and nearby have objected to the application, which can be viewed on the Bolsover District Council website.

This occurs every time there is a funeral. This is a dangerous situation and will be made 100 per cent worse when the access to the new development opposite the development is completed.”
Dorothy Hurst, of Skinner Street, wrote: “Revision A of the Proposed Planning Layout does not indicate what will be used as a boundary fence to my property and to other existing properties on Skinner Street.”
The application was received on Thursday, July 23 and is currently in progress.
