Creswell: Man charged with drink-driving

Adam Gray, 29, of Bluebell Walk, was stopped by police after leaving Whitwell last Sunday evening.

He will will appear before Chesterfield magistrates on September 16.

PCSO Matt Wardle, of Creswell Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Our advice is always that if you are having a drink, then do not drive. Make alternative arrangements to get home, as that way you won’t endanger anyone’s life.

“We will always act on information we receive and take positive action against anyone caught drink-driving to help keep our roads safe.”
