Susan Tindall, 51, of Marriott Road, was due at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 11, but did not turn up.

Tindall has been charged with one count of fraud by false representation, namely claiming to be a solicitor between June 2014 and May 2015, with the intention to make a gain of £200.

She faces a second charge of being in possession of a stamp for Sheffield Court in July 2015, knowing that it was designed or adapted for use in the course of or in connection with fraud.

And Tindall has also been charged with acting as an unqualified solicitor in a civil or criminal cause or matter between July 1 2014 and May 31 2015.
