Tony Dilkes, 26, of Lynchet Lane, Worksop. Stole a quadcopter, to the value of £30, belonging to Poundland. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay£85 in court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Martyn Hart, 36, of Queen Street, Worksop. Stole five plant pots, to the value of £39, belonging to B&Q. Committed to prison for four weeks. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Helen Ward, 32, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing meat worth £62 from Marks and Spencer, chocolate worth £15 from WH Smith and offending while on subject to a conditional discharge. She was jailed for 42 days and made to pay £22.50 compensation;

Shane Ward, 38, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing meat worth £62 from Marks and Spencer and chocolate worth £15 from WH Smith. He was jailed for 42 days and made to pay £22.50 compensation;

Daniel Colin Bills, 30, of Mason Street, Sutton, admitted six counts of stealing meat from Asda, stealing bottles of alcohol from Garden Lane News, breaching a restraining order and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for a year, and made to pay £148 compensation.

Claire Louise Marsh, 36, of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted being behind the wheel of a Ford Focus and having 51 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She also admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. She was banned from driving for 40 months, given a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement and made to pay £145 in costs

Lee Ellis, 36, of Bracebridge Avenue, Worksop. In a public place, while drunk, was guilty of disorderly behaviour. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Kevin Woodward, 44, of The Caravan, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 77 microgrammes in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Christopher Shipman, 46, of Kensington Way, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle without due care and attention. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £100 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Gemma Mitchell, 33, of Suffolk Grove, Bircotes.Speeding. Driving record endorsed with four points. Fined £440. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £44 victim surcharge.

Wojiech Majtyka, 32, of The Pines, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order, namely by failing to attend unpaid work. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months.

VIOLENCE

Thomas Clarke, 24, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a man by beating him. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

Jamie Cudworth, 22, of Leamington Drive, Sutton, admitted carrying a kitchen knife in public and was fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Prubjot Singh Purewal, 41, of Nottingham Road, Ravenshead, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour towards two police officers and was fined £600 and made to pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.
