BREACH

Robert Johnstone, 39, of Cornwall Road, Shireoaks. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments. Committed to prison for 10 days.

Rochelle Helsop, 22, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend unpaid work. Committed to prison for 84 days suspended for 12 months. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring also imposed.

THEFT

Ryan Mclaughlin, 33, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Entered as a trespasser the office area of a shop and stole an iPhone of a value unknown. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Daniel Sweeney, 30, of Milton Drive, Worksop. Stole a Samsung galaxy mini mobile phone, to the value of £50. Also stole household items, to the value of £85.16, belonging to One Stop Shop. Stole meat, to the value of £15, belonging to Sainsbury’s. Stole meat, to the value of £50, belonging to the Co-operative. Also assaulted a police officer by beating her. Committed to prison for 18 weeks. Also ordered to pay £303.16 in compensation.

MOTORING

Kyle Cowley, 20 Knaton Road, Carlton-in-Lindrick, drove a motor vehicle on a public road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it his breath, namely 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Dean Stockdale, 25, of Newcastle Avenue, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle on a public road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Claire Saxton, 44, of Leicester Crescent, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle on a public road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 124 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Failed to stop the vehicle when required to do so by a police officer. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring imposed. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £80 victim surcharge.

BREACH

Wayne Scott, 33, of Cheapside, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Unpaid work requirement imposed with 80 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made. Must also pay £85 in court costs and £250 in compensation.

Darren Stocken, 39, of Elmton Road, Creswell. Assaulted a man and a police offer. Without lawful excuse, also damaged a Vauxhall Zafira to a value unknown. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £85 in compensation.

Suzie Hunter, 37, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Paul Batty, 35, of Grange Road, Retford. Pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in that he sent threatening and abusive text messages. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

DAMAGE

Nathan Highfield, 25, of Northfield Way, Retford. Without lawful excuse, damaged a front door and living room window to a value unknown. Also used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Committed to prison for three months.

OTHER

Samantha Cutts, 30, of Carolgate, Retford. To the annoyance of residents or passengers did urinate on Carlton Road. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Mark O’Keefe, 43, of Radford Street, Worksop. Dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a black Toshiba laptop to the value of £200. Discharged conditonally for two years. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £15.
