THEFT

Nathan Byrne, 34, of No Fixed Address. In Ollerton, stole DVDs and coffee to the value of £79.99 belonging to One Stop. Jailed for six weeks. Must also pay a victim surcharge of £115.

BREACH

Darren Stocken, 41, of Clinton Street, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments. Community order reimposed with new requirements- defendant must complete 81 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay court costs of £60.

Luke Edwards, 32, of White Hart Yard, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Fined £350. Must also pay £60 in court costs.

MOTORING

Karl Hannah, 27, of Ramsden Crescent, Carlton-in-Lindrick. Drove a car, namely a Vauxhall Vectra, on Ramsden Crescent without a driving licence and without an insurance policy in place. Banned from driving for six months. Disqualification obligatory due to repeat offending. Also fined £660 and ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

Lee Holbrook, 47, of Chesterfield Road, Worksop. Drove a car, namely an Audi TT, on Featherbed Lane after consuming so much alcohol tht the proportion of it in his breath, namely 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for 20 months. Fined £120. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

Jemma Appleyard, 30, of Church Street, Bawtry. Drove a car, namelt a Fiat 500, on Station Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her blood, namely 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for 20 months. Fined £369. Must also pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £36.

Paul Taylor, 33, of Hirst Road, Retford. Drove a car, namely a Nissan Nivara, on Bearsalls Row after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 65 micogrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Banned from driving for 22 months. Fined £477. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £47.

DAMAGE

Sheridan Watson, 22, of Sandymount, Harworth. Without lawful excuse, damaged a shop window of a value unknown belonging to Olawa Bakery. Community order made with alcohol treatment requirement and electronic monitoring. Also ordered to pay compensation of £300.

ASSAULT

Jonathan Jemson, 27, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a male by beating him. Ordered to pay £260 in compensation.
