Lisa Robertson, 33, of Moorgate, Retford. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend a drug rehabilitation review Community order to continue. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay court costs of £75 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Tracey Bull, 46, of Kirke Street, Worksop. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by breaching electronic curfew. Community order to continue. Fined £500.

MOTORING

Wayne Betts, 48, of Middle Meadow, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle on a restricted road at a speed exceeing 30 miles per hour. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Claire Dickinson, 40, of Chapelgate Court, Retford. Drove a motor vehicle on a restricted road at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £135. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Phillip Saywell, 30, of Macefield Place, Worksop. Drink driving. Disqualified from driving for three years. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Must comply with an alcohol treatment requirement. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

DRUGS

Adrian Rynkiewicz, 29, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Produced a quantity of cannabis, a drug of Class B. Community order made- defendant must complete 120 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.

DAMAGE

Jamie Bailey, 25, of Claylands Avenue, Worksop. Damaged a motor vehicle to a value unknown. Community order made with 120 hours of unpaid work and supervision requirement. Also ordered to pay £500 in compensation, £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Robert Laythe, 28, of Cavendish Road, Worksop. Damaged a front window to the value of approximately £200 without lawfiul excuse. Fined £105. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85, £200 in compensation and a victim surcharge of £20.

FRAUD

Shane Hulls, 23, of Churchgate, Retford. Committed fraud by false representation at Halifax bank. Committed to prison for two weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge for £20.

THEFT

Matthew Slack, 28, of Barnes Court, Retford. Stole washing powder, to the value of £50, belonging to Wilkinson’s. Also store household items, to the value of £21.99, belonging to Store 21. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement. Criminal order behaviour made. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.

Lee Kinnelll, 33, of Hardwick Road West, Worksop. Stole children’s clothing, to the value of £249, belonging to Peacocks. Also stole bedding, to the value of £150, belonging to Matalan and two throws, to the value of £40, belogning to Store 21. Community order made with rehabilitation requirement. Also ordered to pay compensation of £399.

ASSAULT

Michael Hodgkinson, 33, of Plant’s Yard, Worksop. Assaulted another man by beating him. Community order made with Thinking Skills classes requirement. Also ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £85 court costs.

Lisa Fisher, 38, of Cross Street, Worksop. Assaulted a woman. Restraining order made. Also ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

Simon Turner, 34, of Mill Bridge Close, Retford. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made. Also ordered to pay £500 in compensation, £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Stephen Wukjiuw, 33, of York Street, Mansfield. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

DISORDER
