Without lawful excuse, damamged five glass windows belonging to Nottingham Magistrates’ Court to the value of £1,000 and a glass window to the value of £200 belonging to Bassetlaw Council. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £600 compensation.

Jake Smith, 24, of South Avenue, Worksop. Damaged an external door to a value unknown. Fined £170. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs, a £20 victim surcharge and £130 in compensation.

THEFT

Rebecca Simmonite, 34, of Cumberland Close, Bircotes. Stole a box of Surf washing powder, to the value of £5, belonging to One Stop Shop. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £40 court costs.

Alex Kinsey, 28, of Kingsmead, Retford. Stole a quantity of meat, to the value of £60.21, belonging to Aldi. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £60.21 in compensation.

Elaine Deakin, 53, of Western Avenue, Dinnington. Stole grocery items, to the value of £143.36, belonging to Tesco. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £50 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Michael Milnthorpe, 37, of Winifred Street, Rhodesia. Stole ugg boots, a wax jacket and various CDs to the value of £300 belonging to a woman. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Also ordered to pay compensation of £80 and £180 court costs.

Alan Staples, 44, of Le-Brun Square, Worksop. Assaulted a man. Fined £525. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs, a £53 victim surcharge and £150 in compensation to the victim.

Elliot Hague, 18, of Station Street, Whitwell. Assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made with curfew requirement. Ordered to pay court costs of £80, a victim surcharge of £60 and £50 in compensation.
