Jason Emmingham, 32, of Portland Street, Worksop. Stole a radio communication device of a value unknown beloging to the Liquorice Grardens pub. Committed to prison for four weeks.

Martin Smith, 34, of Queen Street, Worksop. Stole two packs of washing tablets, to the value of £10, belonging to Sainsbury’s. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement. Also ordered to pay £10 in compensation.

Claire Hatell, 31, of Potter Street, Worksop. Stole cakes and biscuits, to the value of £5, belonging to Farmfoods. Discharged conditonally for 18 months. Also ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, a victim surcharge of £15 and £5 in compensation.

Diane Hindley, 45, of Beechways, Retford. Stole a three litre bottle of cider and a bottle of wine, to the value of £9.49, belonging to One Stop Shop. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £25.47 in compensation.

Matthew Button, 25, of Anston Avenue, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath exceeded that of the prescribed limit.
