Gayle Carter, 28, of Briar Lea, Retford. Stole two gold watches, a saxophone in its case and a Natwest savings bank card. Community order made with Mental Health treatment and rehabilitation activity requirements. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £1,000 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Emily Corry, 30, of Prince Charles Road, Worksop. Stole a bottle of wine and two candles, to the value of £13.9, belonging to Janush News. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £50 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £15.

Gemma Kinsella, 33, of Garside Street, Worksop. Stole a selection of gift sets and items, of a value unknown, belonging to Asda. Community order made with drug rehailitation requirement. Defendant must also pay a criminal courts charge of £180 and £50 in compensation.

Donna Wilson, 43, of Model Village, Creswell. Stole perfume, to the value of £30, belonging to TK Maxx. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charg of £150 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Chami Atherton, 23, of John Street, Worksop. Stole a black nokia mobile phone, of a value unknown. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, £85 court costs, a victim surcharge of £80 and £100 in compensation to the complainant.

MOTORING

Osman Ipekdal, 24, of Brookside Walk, Bircotes. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililiitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and £50 in court costs.

Carlee Morris, 29, of Moorgate, Retford. Drove while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Also ordered to pay £300 in court costs, a £150 criminal courts charge and a £15 victim surcharge.

Wojchiech Ostrowski, 23, of Lanchester Gardens, Worksop. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle on a road, namely Clinton Street, without insurance or a driving licence. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £230. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £23.

Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Defendant will be electronically monitored under curfew for three months. He was also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and £100 in compensation.
