Ian Mickleburgh, 37, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted three males. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

Dino Hall, 29, of Wharncliffe Road, Retford. Assaulted a female by beating her. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

motoring

Gavin Mcgonigle, 46, of Grosvenor Road, Harworth. Drove a car in Oldcotes after consuming so much alcohol that the that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Banned from driving for four years. Also ordered to pay £300 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £115. Offence so serious as third drink driving offence in four years.

Samuel Williams, 39, of Tennyson Drive, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay costs of around £60.

Ryck Cowood, 26, of Clinton Street, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments. Community order made with curfew requirement and electronic monitoring. Also ordered to pay costs of £60.

Cynthia Boddy, 63, of Lawnwood Avenue, Retford. Jointly with others, stole clothing to the value of £59 belonging to Sports Direct. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay court costs of £45 and a victim surcharge of £30.
