Andrew Lee Scholey, 25, Osbert Drive, Thurcroft. Drove a car which was involved in an accident whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to stop and failed to report it to the police. Drove without due care and attention. Drove without valid licence or insurance. Driving ban for 12 months, tagged night time curfew for 12 weeks, ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge.

Theft

Samantha Gerrard, 24, St Phillips Close, Maltby. Theft of lager, worth £5.20; failed to comply with requirements of community order so dealt with for original offences of theft of three bottles of alcohol, worth £31.97, and failing to surrender to custody. Community order including curfew and ordered to pay court costs and a victim surcharge.

Susan Pimperton, 60, The Pines, Worksop. Stole cash of unknown value from a woman in Langold. Prison sentence of 22 weeks suspended for one year, ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work under supervision, pay £500 court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.

Philip Charles Pauk, 39, Queen Street, Worksop. Stole Philips electric razors worth £69.92 from Asda, coffee worth £36 from One Stop and Captain Morgan whiskey worth £14 from Asda. Prison sentence of 16 weeks per offence, to be served concurrently.

William Joseph Gamble, 26, no fixed abode. Stole a Playstation game worth £18 from Tesco. Detention of 90 days suspended for six months.

Littering

Tracey Holmes, 39, Scarsdale Street, Dinnington. Dropped a cigarette at Dinnington Interchange and left it. Fined £200, ordered to pay £180 court costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Courtney Knowles, 20, Churchill Avenue, Maltby. Dropped a cigarette end in Howard Street, Rotherham and left it. Fined £200, ordered to pay £180 court costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Hayley Matkiewicz, 18, Greenland Avenue, Maltby. Dropped a cigarette end in All Saints Square, Rotherham and left it. Fined £200, ordered to pay £180 court costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Public order

Darren Leonard Morley, Queen Street, Worksop. Failed to comply with instructions to leave an area from police when his presence was likely to contribute towards alcohol-related crime or disorder. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

April Michele Liversidge, 49, Wellesley Close, Worksop. Drunk and disorderly on Bridge Street, Worksop. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Danielle Evelyn Waller, 25, King Street, Swallownest. Failed to comply with requirements of a community order so dealt with for original offences of taking a vehicle without consent which was then involved in an accident; failing to report and accident. Conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £35 court costs.

Ashley Marie Rodgers, 22, Hardwick Road West, Worksop. Failed to inform Bassetlaw District Council of a change in circumstances affecting entitlement to Housing and Council Tax benefit and Income Support. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work under supervision and pay £100 court costs.
