Stuart James McGhie, 43, of Balfour Street, Gainsborough. Drove a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £60, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Mandy Bainbridge, 45, of Woodpecker Way, Kirton Lindsey, Gainsborough. Failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs.

Maciej Bernadek, 32, of Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough. Failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. ASSAULT

Christopher John Trebble, 61, of Etherington Street, Gainsborough. Assault by beating. Community order made, £75 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

ALCOHOL

Adrian John Hildred, 58, of Laughton Warren, Laughton, Gainsborough. Drove a vehicle after consuming alcohol, namely 121 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made for 12 months, £35 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £45 costs and banned from holding a driving licence for 30 months.

OTHER

Susan Williams, 56, of Ropery Road, Gainsborough. Served with an abatement notice after failing to comply with a request to cease noise of barking dogs. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.
