THEFT

Jonathan Pownall, 39, of Holmesfield Walk, Mansfield. On separate occasions, stole confectionary, razors, washing products, meat and baby milk, to the value of £293.84, belonging to Clipstone Co-op. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £34. Also ordered to pay £140.91 in compensation, £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Lindsey Bowen, 38, of Paynels, Peterborough. At Sutton Road, Mansfield, stole groceries to the value of £59 belonging to Morrisons. Also admitted driving a Ford Focus without a licence or insurance. Jailed for one month- offence so serious as offence committed during suspended sentence order. Driving record endorsed with six points. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and compensation of £59.

Martin Neill, 42, of Slant Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse. Assaulted a PCSO in the execution of her duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must also pay £85 in court costs, compensation of £60 and a victim surcharge of £20.

BREACH

Thomas Kirby, 24, of Andrews Drive, Blidworth. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements following a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments. Jailed for 14 days.

Barry Davis, 48, of Crompton Road, Bilsthorpe. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Craig Robertson, 41, of Terrace Road, Mansfield. Without reasonable excuse, were in Mansfield town centre when prohibited from being so by a criminal behaviour order. Jailed for 14 days- offence so serious due to persistent breach of order. Must also pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Nigel Goodwin, 50, of Highcliffe Avenue, Shirebrook. Acted in a disordely manner towards door staff and failed to leave the area when asked by police to do so. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

DRUGS

Christopher Whitbread, 43, of No Fixed Address. At Clumber Street in Mansfield, had in his possession a quantity of cannabinoid receptor, a controlled drug of Class B. Community order. Fined £90. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Matthew Hall, 23, of Manor Road, Mansfield Woodhouse. Had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B. Discharged conditonally for six months. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Sean Wilmott, 35, of Brandreth Avenue, Sutton. Had in his possession a quantity of amphetamine, a controlled drug of Class B. Fined £80. Also ordered to oay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Sangeeta Mistry, 53, of Nottingham Road, Ravenshead. Having beemn required to by police, failed to give information relating to the identity of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £660. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £66.

Wayne Marriott, 46, of Nursery Court, Mansfield. Sent by means of electronic communication a text message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obsence or menacing character. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made to protect victim. Fined £80. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £85.

Gentin Hyseni, 34, of Coppice Road, Mansfield. Drove a car, namelt a Mercedes B180, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Also drove without insurance. Fined £550. Banned from driving for 23 months. Must also pay £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

FRAUD

Gregg Staniforth, 26, of Botony Avenue, Mansfield. Committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely using a fuel card which he had no authority or permission to use, intending to make a gain for himself. Must pay compensation of £152, £55 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

Michael Daly, 49, of Bevan Close, Rainworth. Assaulted a female by beating her. Also admitted intentionally touching her when she did not consent. Community order made with rehabiltation activity requirement. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order imposed to protect victim. Ordered to pay compensation of £500. Defendant required to sign sex offenders’ register for five years.

Arunas Zalieckas, 35, of Felly Avenue, Kirkby. Sent a female an electronic communication, namely text messages, that conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recepient. Also found guilty of damaging her front door, of a value unknown. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £200 in compensation, £85 in court costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Restraining order made to protect victim.
