THEFT

James Bocock, 27, of Ashley Court, Lincoln. Stole 12 cans of Stella valued at £13.50 belonging to a supermarket. Fined £50. Also ordered to pay compensation of £13.50 and £40 court costs.

Mark Roberts, 28, of NFA. Attempted to steal a pedal cycle from a person unknown in Lincoln. Also dishonestly received stolen goods, namely a bike to the value of £180. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.

Keith Richardson, 57, of 58 Knight Place, Lincoln. Stole two packs of steak valued at £19.52, belonging to a supermarket. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

DISORDER

Alejandro Selma, 25, of Friars Lane, Lincoln. Used abusive or threatening words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £35, a victim surcharge of £25 and £85 court costs.

MOTORING

Thomas Gaskin, 42, of 6 Summergangs Lane, Lincoln. Failed to stop a moving vehicle when ordered to do so by police. Failed without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when asked to do so by police. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Romas Kasparavicius, 24, of NFA. Drove a motor vehicle in Lincoln after consuming so much alcohol proportion of it in his breath exceeded that of the prescribed limit. Fined £350. Disqualified from driving for six months.

BREACH

Paul Elm, 43, of Rumbolds Street, Lincoln. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Failed to attend unpaid work and left unpaid work site without permission. Unpaid work requirement replaced with activity requirement and curfew requirement.
