Billy Whyte, 19, of Gladstone Street, Worksop. Shoplifting- stole speakers from a supermarket. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £39.99.

Mark Brown, 39, of Grange Road, Retford. Stole cash to the value of £300. Fined £335. Also ordered to pay compensation of £300, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

Brian Fagan, 41, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Shoplifting. Stole six packets of steak worth £52. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Michelle Jordan, 33, of Stonecrass Court, Mansfield. Entered a building as a trespasser and stole electrical cable. Committed to prison for two months suspended for two years. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Emmalene Nicholls, 36, The Rodery, Mansfield. Assaulted a police officer. Fined £450, ordered to pay £50 compensation, victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85.

BREACH

Andrew Smith, 43, of Low Town Street, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months with six week curfew requirement.

Tina Fokes, 39, of Acacia Court, Forest Town. Failed to attend Mansfield Magistrates’ Court, Made to complete nine sessions of the Women’s Group.

Jade Wiser, 27, of Morven Street, Creswell. Assaulted a man by beating him and damaged a television belonging to him. Community order made with supervision requirement and restraining order. Also fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £400 and a victim surcharge of £60.
