Councillor dies
FORMER chairman of Notts County Council Tom Pettengell sadly passed away on New Year’s Eve, aged 87.
He served on the council since 1989 and was chairman during 2010/11.
Coun Pettengell was born in London and moved to Notts in 1952. He was married to Jacqueline and they have two grown-up children, Maxine and Simon.
