Council Tax
Derbyshire County Council has frozen its share of Council Tax for a third year running for the first time ever.
Members of the council’s cabinet set the authority’s annual budget for 2013/14 at £533m - including budget reduction targets of £27m. The savings are on top of £70m of savings and 1,600 job losses in the last three years.
