COMMUNITY: St Anne's Church

Daily prayer 9am to 9.30am every Monday-Friday in the lady chapel, entry via vestry door. Sunday, February 14, first Sunday of Lent, 8am, holy communion (BCP), 10am, family communion, (no light club). Sunday, February 21, second Sunday of Lent, 8am, holy communion (BCP), 10am, family communion (light club).There will be NO lunch club in March. This event is under review. Hopefully after looking at various options, lunch club will return so watch this space for further news.

Chat and craft group starting on Wednesday, February 24. The group’s aim is to get to know one another while you craft for Samaritans Purse, St Anne’s summer and Christmas fairs, or work on your own project. The group will continue to meet on the second and fourth Wednesday, 1pm to 3pm, at Rosie’s house. If you have been bereaved, please join us for a cuppa and a piece of cake, on the first Thursday of the month, 2pm to 3pm or the third Wednesday of the month, 7.30pm to 8.30pm, St Anne’s Church Hall (upstairs). The informal sessions offer the opportunity to talk, listen and gain support with others going through a similar experience and are open to all who are bereaved.
