COMMUNITY: St Anne's Church

Daily prayer 9am to 9.30am every Monday-Friday in the lady chapel, entry via vestry door. Sunday, March 6, fourth Sunday of Lent, Mothering Sunday, 8am, holy communion (BCP), 10am, family worship (no light club). Sunday, March 13, fifth Sunday of Lent, 8am, holy communion (BCP), 10am, family communion (light club). Tuesday, March 15, Annual Parochial church meeting, 7pm for 7.30pm start. If you will be in attendance, please note that any questions to be tabled at the meeting, must be handed or emailed to Simon or PCC secretary, Pat McKillop. All welcome.

Cuppa, cake and company

A friendly and informal gathering for people who have been bereaved, recently or some time ago. Pop in for a cuppa, homemade cake and the company of others. Meet at St Anne’s church hall on the first or third Tuesday of the month, 2pm to 3.30pm. March 15, April 5 and 19 and May 4 and 18.

Brandon’s Aloe Event

Kathryn Pana (a church member), is holding an event on March 5, at 6pm in the church hall, to help raise money for Brandon who has cerebral palsy. Gavin, Brandon’s dad will be at the event to talk about Brandon and what the money is for. Coffee and cakes will be available at a small fee.

There will also be a raffle on the night with prizes. Everyone welcome.
