COMMUNITY: National Gardens Scheme

The four-acre walled kitchen garden at Clumber Park, Worksop S80 3AZ '“ ancestral seat of Dukes of Newcastle, will on Saturday, July 9, 10am to 5pm, reveal how it continues to produce unusual and old varieties of vegetables and fruits, herbs and flower beds including magnificent 400 foot double herbaceous borders, grapes in a 450 foot glasshouse and its National collections of 72 varieties of apples from Notts, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Yorkshire plus more than 130 varieties of culinary rhubarbs from all over the country.
