Friday, December 2, 10am. An intergenerational fun event. Have a chat about how we used to communicate and how we communictae now. You can look at eBooks, eMagazines and eAudioBooks; take along your tablet or smartphone if you would like help getting started. This is a free event. Refreshments provided.

Kiveton Park Library is offering free advice on health. A health trainer will be at the library from 9am to 12.30pm every Friday to give one to one support on health issues - manage your weight, improve your diet, reduce stress/depression, increase your energy levels, do more physical activity, drink sensibly, lift your low mood and stop smoking. All free. If you’re interested just pop in the library on Friday mornings.

The group meet at the library at 10am for easy walking to get fit, meet new people and have some fun. Then back to the library for some well earned refreshments.

Everyone welcome and there is no charge.

The walk will continue on the second Monday of each month but if it proves popular they will meet every week or once a fortnight depending on interest.

If anyone wants to join or would like to lead a walk just let them know.
