Friday, February 19, noon to 4pm, at Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy Retford, 22 Exchange Street Retford DN22 6BL. Martial Arts self defence kids safety class with the sports coach of the year master Andrew Blinston. One hour with a guest sports coach then finish with one hour at captain Jack's play centre.
