Cigarettes charges
FIVE men, four from Retford, have appeared at Worksop Magistrates’ Court charged with fraudulently evading duty on cigarettes and rolling tobacco.
Jonathan Ellis, 22, of Oakdale Road; Ben Kirk, 26, of Union Street; Samual Tomlinson, 24, of Grove Coach Road, William Tomlinson, 27, of Lifton Avenue; and Eric Southern, 48, of Ruddings Farm, Weston, Newark all denied the charges.
They were released on unconditional bail to appear again on 8th December.
