Chip pan fires
SOUTH Yorkshire Fire And Rescue is urging people to throw out old chips pans for their own safety.
It comes after firefighters dealt with three chip pan fires within 90 minutes on Tuesday evening.
They recommend people use oven chips or buy a deep fat fryer.
