Charity match raises over £1k
A CHARITY football match raised more than £1,000 for Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
John Steemson, 23, who helped to get the event off the ground, said they chose the cause after some friends of his had children there in the past.
“We wanted to do something for them,” said the dad-of-one from Model Village in Creswell.
