CCTV images capture last time mum was seen before 'abducting' sons

Police have released new images of a mother who is wanted on suspicion of abducting two boys.

Samantha Baldwin's last known movements have been traced by CCTV footage at two seperate locations, showing her dressed in a distinctive red coat, black tights and black shoes.

Officers are now able to say that Samantha was in the area of Nottingham Waterfront at around 11am on Monday and then seen in Cheapside, in Nottingham, between 11.30am and 12.45pm the same day.

The mother from Newark is wanted on suspicion of abducting her two sons, Dylan Madge, six, and Louis Madge, nine, for whom she has no legal custody. Two other women were arrested and then bailed in connection with the alleged abductions.

The police investigation has widened to airports, ports and railway stations and police said they may continue searching abroad.

Superintendent Rich Fretwell from Nottinghamshire Police said: "In light of the recently released footage, I would urge people to cast their minds back to Monday, March 27.

"Did you see a woman in a red coat walking in the city? We would like to hear from you if you did."

Samantha is described as being 5ft 7ins tall, of a slim build, with shoulder-length, highlighted blonde hair and green/blue eyes.

Louis is described as having collar-length straight fair hair, a fair complexion and blue eyes.

Dylan is described as having collar-length straight dark brown hair, a tanned complexion and brown eyes.

Anyone with information of their whereabouts is asked to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 urgently, quoting incident number 332 of 27 March 2017.
