Buyer found for Lion Hotel
The Best Western Lion Hotel in Worksop has been sold by hotel property specialist Colliers International on behalf of Cooplands (Doncaster) Limited.
Colliers International hotels director at Leeds, Peter Bean, said: “The Lion is an historic market town hotel with very good all round facilities.”
“We were able to generate interest from several buyers attracted by the good location, attractive property and well run business.”
Colliers International were asking £1.5 million.
