MP for Broxtowe Anna Soubry has resigned from her ministerial post in the latest Tory cabinet reshuffle.
The former Business Minister, a prominent Remain campaigner announced her decision on Twitter.
Ms Soubry tweeted on Friday: “I tendered my resignation this morning. Looking forward to representing my constituents & long-standing views on the positive benefits of immigration & the EU.”
Prime Minister Theresa May has said she will back the will of the British people in the Brexit referendum and leave the European union.
The Broxtowe MP joins Pensions minister Baroness Altmann and justice minister Dominic Raab have also left the government.
