Leave voters were told they did not know what they voted for – an insult to the 67.8 per cent of voters in Bassetlaw who voted leave and know exactly why they did.
They voted for the UK to take back control of its affairs, laws, industries and policies.
There is no reason why, once Britain has left the EU, it cannot trade with Europe as before – it is about commerce, not politics.

A single currency has done untold damage to the likes of Greece, Italy and Ireland because of their different economies.
So come on Mrs May show some spirit and respect the referendum vote.
