Boy dies following Theddlethorpe collision

A 14 year-old boy involved in a collision on the A1031 Theddlethorpe St Helens, died this morning (Monday) at Hull Royal Infirmary.

Police say they will not be releasing his name until formal procedures are completed.

Investigating officers are renewing their appeal for anyone who was on the road at around that time who witnessed the collision, or who saw the pedestrian or the van prior to it, to contact them.

It would be helpful if they could quote incident number 417 of 13th March.
