Body discovered in The Canch in Worksop

Emergency services were seen at the park, in Memorial Avenue this morning.

Inspector Hayley Crawford, District Commander for Bassetlaw, said: “Police are currently dealing with an incident in The Canch, Memorial Avenue, Worksop, reported this morning

“The incident is currently being treated as not suspicious.

“Officers remain at the scene while investigations continue and we would please ask the public to avoid the area.”
