Residents and business owners are invited to meet the team from Quickline Communications to see how they can get connected.

Quickline Communications has announced their investment into Lincolnshire connectivity, in particular West Lindsey.

Over the last two years, Quickline has been in negotiations with West Lindsey District Council and developed a strategy to deliver superfast internet which the company says will provide the fastest connection speeds in the whole of Lincolnshire.

Coun Chris Day said: “Wireless internet masts provide an internet service to residents, farmers and other businesses in West Lindsey.”

“These people will be able to run their existing enterprises more efficiently and expansion and diversification will not be hampered by a lack of broadband speed.”

“Individuals will benefit too from being able to access high speeds where little or nothing is available now.”

Landlord of the Black Horse at Blyton, Mark Harrison, said: “Local residents have long complained about the lack of connectivity and as a resident and business owner in Blyton I welcome Quickline into the local area.”

“I believe my business will benefit from the use of wifi and I will be able to promote events and our menu via social media.”

“We have been stuck in the dark ages for long enough now and I am really pleased to see that we will be catching up with the rest of the UK.”
