Blyth: Investigation launched after man’s body found at service station
A man has been found dead at the hotel at Blyth Service Station this morning (Wednesday).
Notts Police were called to the Travelodge around 5.25am following the discovery of a body.
An investigation has been launched into the circumstances of the death.

A Notts Police spokesman said: “Police are investigating the circumstances around the death of a man at Blyth services.”
“The force was called to the hotel at the services on the A1 at about 5.25am today (Wednesday 20th November) following the discovery of a body.”
“The area has been cordoned off to allow a full investigation to take place, however the services and fuel station remain open.”
