Bassetlaw: Sail the local waterways on a canal trust narrowboat

Chesterfield Canal Trust are running a series of narrowboat trips around local waterways over the coming weeks.

The Seth Ellis will be running two-hour return trips from Ranby on 23rd, 24th and 25th August.

Pirate Party cruises will run from the Hop Pole in Retford on 7th September.

There will also be 50-minute cruises from the Bay Tree Cafe at Retford on 13th and 14th September.

The Hugh Henshall will be doing a one-way trip from Kiveton Park to Shireoaks today (Saturday).

Cake and Cruise trips will run from Shireoaks on 23rd August, in conjunction with Laura’s Coffee Shop.

Trips from the Lock Keeper pub in Worksop will take place on 24th and 25th August.

A one-way cruise from Shireoaks to Kiveton Park is running on 20th September .

And two-and-a-half hour return trips from Kiveton Park will be running on 27th and 28th September.
