Liam Bradford, 19, Kenilworth Close, Worksop. Breached an electronically monitored curfew by being absent from designated address during curfew hours. Curfew period extended by a period of three weeks and ordered to pay £65 court costs.

Christopher Daniel James Barker, 40, Shrewsbury Road. Tampered with electronically monitored curfew device and was absent from designated curfew address. Prison sentence for 18 weeks suspended by 18 months, ordered to pay £65 court costs.

Mr Matthew Kirk, 23, Manor Grove, Worksop. Tampered with electronically monitored curfew device. Curfew extended, ordered to pay £65 court costs.

James Robert House, 21, Browning Close, Kilton, Worksop. Breached curfew conditions while on bail pending crown court hearing. Re-admitted to conditional bail until 11th June 2013.

DRUGS

Ciaran Kavanagh, 22, Sulgrave, Leicester. Possession of cannabis at Ranby Prison, near Retford. Fined £100 and ordered to pay victim surcharge £20, court costs £40.

VIOLENCE

Nicholas Langley, 44, Ringwood, Prospect Estate, Worksop. Assault by beating. Community order for 12 months to include 60 hours unpaid work and attendance on domestic violence programme. Restraining order. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £80 victim surcharge.

BENEFITS

Dany Shaw, 50, Beechcroft, Worksop. Failed to notify Department for Work and Pensions of changes to his circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to income support benefit, namely that he had more capital than the prescribed limit. Six months electronically tagged curfew, ordered to pay £100 costs, £60 victim surcharge.

Susan Christine Davies, 57, Station Road, Ollerton. Case proved in absence. Drove in excess of 50mph speed limit. Fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Vickie Leech, 40, Newcastle Avenue, Worksop. Case proved in absence. Drove a vehicle without correct insurance cover in place. Fined £600, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Cory Siddall, 41, Sixth Avenue, Edwinstowe. Drove in excess of 50mph speed limit and drove without correct insurance cover in place. Fined a total of £820, ordered to pay £170 in court costs and £30 in victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points for each offence, but no totting up disqualification because defendant pleaded it would cause exceptional hardship.

Lukasz Krzysztof Stoklosa, 31, Brocklehurst Drive, Edwinstowe. Drove a vehicle without correct licence or insurance policy in place. Fined £110, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and banned from driving for six months. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Natalie Dawn Bennett, 44, Main Street

Dunham-on-Trent. Drink driving, breathalyser reading showed 98 mcgs alcohol in 100 mls of breath - above the legal limit of 35 mcgs. Disqualified from driving for two years, ordered to pay £85 court costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Mark Jarvis, 51, Long Lane, Carlton. Drink driving, breathalyser reading showed 98 mcgs in 100 mls of breath - above the legal limit of 35 mcgs; drove without licence or insurance, took vehicle without owner’s consent and caused damage to another vehicle. Prison sentence 140 days suspended for 12 months, supervision to include alcohol treatment. Banned from driving for three years. Ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
