Jamie Lee Kettle, 26, Lanchester Gardens, Worksop. Theft of van, worth £7,000 from Mudford and Sons. Prison for 120 days suspended for 12 months.

Craig William Hagen, 34, South Breck Rise, Worksop. Had with him articles for use in the course of, or in connection theft, namely two bike pedals. Community order with supervision requirement and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.

Ritchie Lee Frost, 20, Lancaster Gardens, Worksop. Stole a pedal cycle, worth £600. Prison sentence for 12 weeks suspended for six months and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £80 victim surcharge.

Jamie Lee Morris, 25, Suffolk Grove, Bircotes. Theft of Rimmel cosmetic products, worth £110.68, from Asda; theft of make-up , worth £140 from Asda; two offences of failing to surrender to custody and three other offences taken into consideration. Community order with electronic tag; anti-social behaviour order and banned from Asda in Harworth for two years and ordered to pay compensation totalling £250.68.

Motoring

Nathan Bierton, 21, Netherton Road, Worksop. Driving without insurance, possession of cannabis. Fined £140, licence endorsed with six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Mervyn Cave, 66, Windsor Road, Retford. Failed to give information relating to driver of vehicle which was alleged to be guilty of an offence. Fined £600, licence endorsed with six penalty points and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Andrew Macdonald, 37, Kilton Crescent. Failed to give information relating to driver of vehicle which was alleged to be guilty of an offence. Fined £600, licence endorsed with six penalty points and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Fraud

Katie Chafer, 22, Rossetti Gardens, Worksop. Failed to notify Bassetlaw Council about a change in circumstances which she knew would affect your entitlement to Housing and Council Tax Benefit; failed to notify department of Work and Pensions abut a change in circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to Income Support. Community order with 40 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 court costs.

Assault

Daniel Sean Cooper, 22, High Hoe Drive, Worksop. Assault on man. Prison sentence for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £200 court costs and a £80 victim surcharge.

Michael Robert Bootman, 31, Fleet Way, Worksop. Assult on woman and breach of restraining order. Prison sentence for 18 weeks.

Barry Herrington, Thompson Avenue, Harworth. Failed to ensure child attended regularly at school. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.
