Anyone who has been affected by the loss of a baby either during pregnancy, at birth or shortly afterwards is invited to attend. In past services, parents have attended to remember a recent loss and other families come to remember a baby who died some years ago.

Carol Lee, bereavement support midwife, said: “The special memories services offer parents, families and friends the opportunity to remember their babies and to meet with others who have experienced a similar loss.”

The service at Bassetlaw Hospital takes place on Thursday 4tth June at 7pm in the hospital chapel.

Refreshments will be served at the service.
