Bassetlaw: Funds raised to support beareaved parents
A Worksop couple have repsented a cheque for more than £600 to the Labour Ward at Bassetlaw Hospital.
Ashley Baxendale and Alex Wade’s baby son, Harry was tragically ‘born asleep’ in May 2012, since when the couple have dedicated their time to fund-raising for the Labour Ward at Bassetlaw.
The money was raised at a summer fair at Worksop Rugby Club and will be used to purchase items to support bereaved parents experiencing the heartache of stillbirth or neonatal death.
