Helen Talbot, assistant principal for RCAT, said: “This is a very proud moment for staff and for parents.”

“The staff have worked so effectively as a cohesive team to provide a top quality provision for those children, parents and guardians who access the nursery provision.”

The achievement came following a number of improvements to customer care.

The team have worked hard to develop partnerships with parents and increase communication including providing a notice board for parents, a ‘talking wall’, and stay and play sessions.
