Appeal after elderly woman is burgled

The burglary happened at around 6pm on Saturday 11th August.

The man entered the woman’s house on Ropery Road, Gainsborough, to ask if she needed any work doing. While inside, he stole two purses.

He is described as white, slim, tall and approximately 20-30 years old. He has dark hair and a slight dark beard. He was wearing grey clothing and was on foot.
