Jason was a manager at Greggs for five years before he decided to take the plunge and use the skills he acquired over years of working in hospitality to open his own bakery with his wife.

He has also worked in restaurants and hotels and has even run his own pub.

Jason, who lives in Gainsborough but is hoping to move to Worksop soon, said: “I love the area and its friendly people, and am looking forward to growing my business here.”

The delicious menu on offer includes a range of freshly made sandwiches and baguettes with fillings such as mexican chicken, BBQ pulled pork and cheese salad, from just £1.20.
